Hirad D. Dadgoster

 

Hirad D. Dadgostar is the managing partner at Dadgostar Law LLP, where he represents individuals in personal injury actions, employees in class action cases, and small-to-medium sized businesses in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Hirad received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law, where he studied in the Corporate Law Curriculum Program (now the Business Law and Policy Program).

Before  entering private practice, Hirad had the privilege of serving as a two-term federal  judicial law clerk to a Senior United States District Judge. After the second term of  his federal judicial clerkship, Hirad joined the litigation practice of major international  law firm Jones Day in their Los Angeles office, where he represented businesses in the banking and credit reporting industries as well as media, Internet, and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to practicing law, Hirad received his Bachelor of the Arts (with Honors) in Business and Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA), and also served as director of operations for a security software development company.

Hirad is also the President-Elect and a member of the Board of Directors of the Iranian American Lawyers Association, and a member of the Farhang Foundation’s Council on Persian Philosophy & Mysticism. He is also an avid weekend bicyclist and a music aficionado.
