Hi. My name is Sam (Samuel) Mirchi.

On January 2011 I was diagnosed with an extremely aggressive form of acute Leukemia (AMML).  I always led a healthy life so that I could be there for my wife and the two children, send them to college and see them graduate.  I know that I could be the best grandpa.

However, all of my dreams have been shattered by this devastating disease.

I was my kids super hero who is now crippled by this debilitating disease for, which I can not do anything except for pleading for your help.
