Summary Project Report

A summary report is required at the end of each project award period. Your report should contain the information listed below. Please submit your progress or final report as an email attachment (PDF or MS Word file) and send it to Allocations Officers. (This link contains the email addresses for all PACI/DTF allocations officers to ensure that your report reaches the appropriate person(s).)

The report should be a maximum of 5 pages and should include the following information:
